* there was a video here, called "we were once a fairy-tale" directed by Spike Jonze featuring Kanye Douchbag, it was whack as fuck, they keep getting puled down, so just google it, it'll be on this www. monster somewhere. but enjoy this dog by artist Valero Doval
so click play, watch the video and try to work out what the fuck just happened, then comment, and tell me, what the fuck just happened.
Just got my grubby little hands on this, The Almighty Defenders, a collaboration between King Khan & BBQ and The Black Lips. After the first listen, i got wood and it won't go away. An almighty blend of garage punk pop funk gospel, it blends together amazingly well. Pray for a tour...
I thought i would do this thing where i post up 4 albums that i have been listening to excessively for the past few weeks, some of the albums aren't new, some are, some i have just found, some i have had for a while.
As you can see I'm a bit obsessed with the Atlanta scene at the moment.... i recommend you try out these albums, they are quiet amazing.
Atlas Sound "Let The Blind Lead Those Who Can See But Cannot Feel"
Deerhunter "Microcastle"
Black Lips "We did not know the forest spirit made the flowers grow"
An amazing compilation of bands that you have never heard of, this album will change your life. Standouts are "The Victims", "The Scientists", "Radio Birdman" and "Ed Kuepper".
